This page describes how recipients consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Aithora, LLC, 721 N Ware Rd, McAllen, TX 78501, and the consent language they agree to. Our care-alert texts are sent under the name "Aithora Care."
Authorized facility staff, caregivers, and family members of residents at facilities contracted with Aithora. This is an internal operational alerting program, not a consumer marketing program.
Recipients opt in to receive operational care-alert messages during onboarding (web form, paper form, or verbal consent). You provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive operational care and safety alert text messages by acknowledging the following consent statement:
On the web form you enter your mobile number and check the consent box. The box is unchecked by default: you must actively check it to opt in; it is never pre-checked. Below is a representation of that opt-in step:
Event-driven care and safety notifications: for example, an alert that a resident needs attention, a reminder that an alert is still open, or a one-time verification code when you confirm a phone number. Alert texts do not include resident names or clinical details. A text may state the type and urgency of an alert (for example, "a high fall alert needs attention") and ask you to sign in to see more. Example message: "Aithora Care: a high fall alert needs attention. Log in to review."
Message frequency varies based on care events and is not on a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, you receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. You can also contact [email protected].
